Description: Champ is brewed in such a way that it can be drunk straight from the bottle, but without compromising Erdinger’s legendary flavor and high quality standards. The yeast gives the beer a natural, slightly cloudy appearance. 4.7% abv.
Crystal Clear (Kristallklar)
Description: This specialty wheat beer gets its ‘crystal clear’ appearance from a particularly long filtration process, known as “fine filtration”, whereby the beer becomes completely clear. This gives the beer its sparkling and refreshing character. 5.3% abv.
Hefe-Weizen (Weissbier)
Description: It is brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe. The Hefe-Weizen is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way. It takes three to four weeks for the yeast to mature. 5.2% abv.
Hefe-Weizen Dark (Weissbier Dunkel)
Description: Erdinger Hefe-Weizen Dark is a rich and smooth wheat beer. It owes its full-bodied flavor to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production. The dark beer specialty is brewed according to an age-old recipe. 5.5% abv.
Oktoberfest
Description: For the first time, Erdinger Oktoberfest Weizen is available in the U.S. market. Oktoberfest is brewed with caramelized barley and wheat malts. It is refermented in the bottle and keg-similar to the champagne method 5.7% abv.
Weizen Bock “Pikantus”
Description: This dark bock beer owes its sharp and full flavor to the use of selected dark wheat and barley malts as well as a significantly longer maturing process. In contrast to many bock beers, it does not taste too sweet. Despite its higher alcohol content, Erdinger’s master brewers have succeeded in retaining the smooth Pikantus flavor. 6.0% abv.
