Ale
Description: This ale is a deep chestnut color that comes from a unique blend of German, English, and American-style malts as well as a generous helping of both American and traditional English hops used.  Tallgrass Ale has a distinctive, toffee-highlighted taste and smooth profile that is always drinkable. 4.4% abv.

Buffalo Sweat
Description: This beer has smoothness that comes from brewing with cream sugar. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. 5.0% abv.

India Pale Ale
Description: India Pale Ale has a rich, complex, and flavorful taste. The hops in this ale  not only taste and smell great, they also have natural preservative properties that help keep beer fresher. 6.3% abv.

Köld Lager
Description: Köld is a crisp, easy-drinking lager with a traditional Pilsner malt aroma and subtle notes of honey and citrus. It is brewed using the finest German malts and hops, making it reminiscent of German-style lagers. 5.0% abv.

Oasis
Description: Oasis is a Double ESB/IPAish beer that came about from playing around with one of Jeff’s favorite homebrew recipes. Here at Tallgrass we love malt and we love hops, and this beer has both of them in record quantities; well, at least records for our baby brewery.
